Clean and updated room in a little out of the way place that was perfect for my needs. The staff not only let me check in early they also surprisingly gave a veteran discount that I didn’t know they offered.
I was super impressed. Cute place very clean well set up. My room was very comfy. Clean everything in the room worked as it should. Super happy will stay there again. Price was very acceptable.
Very nice, clean, new looking rooms! They also have an RV park out back we may come back and stay in. Very friendly service for a late night check In as they were about to close. A little higher price but it’s worth it I’ve paid $90 for rundown motel 6s so it’s worth the price.

I recently got married in chino valley and rented out the whole hotel with my bridal party. It was such a special experience to have the hotel to ourselves and to spend that time together. It was made so special also by Peggy at the Primrose. This may be an RV motel but we received 5 star service from Peggy that made our stay so wonderful. From signs she wrote out with our names on them to her checking in with me and asking if I needed anything, she made us feel like family and I knew I didn’t need to worry about anything while we were there because Peggy had our back. I will recommend this place to anyone who will listen because of how much they went out of their way for us. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated and the courtyard was so homey. Thank you Peggy, I won’t forget just how much you did for us on our special day!
I absolutely loved our stay at Primrose. The staff there was amazing, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a slight problem with the A/C but they immediately moved us rooms and made sure the next morning that we had a wonderful stay.
I like to give credit due where it's due. This is a very awesome American Run Mom and Pop run Motel, Inn, Air BnB. Glad that I stopped in here. The Staff are very accommodating, and very polite, and down home. The Owners did a very Educated approach to running a Superb Professional service Oriented business tailored towards the American way. The Bar Staff Darcy/Skylar are above and beyond . Nice, polite and care about the customers that come in here. Thank God for Local owned American run small operated establishments. Owners should be glad and proud of the Staff that they have chosen. Please take care of them as they are the biggest asset that a business can have . The cooks are the most important function of the business. They bust ass day in and day out. Please say thanks to the good Cooks Jordan and Brandon. They are great cooks. Let's support our American run Mom and Pop establishments. Thumbs up to a great place.
Stayed here last minute as we got caught in a snow storm. The rooms were exceptionally clean and cozy with great attention to detail. The beds were extremely comfortable and the TVs were really nice too. Staff was really kind and accommodating. Coffee bar in the morning was also great!
